Arisu: Ready or not...?
*Before I had time to even comprehend what Galandar was going on about, he had appeared behind Shia, ready to attack*
Galandar: ...'Cause here I come!
(Yup, another tab, as you guessed)
*Galandar attacked with a downward slice, meaning to damage Shia, but he was too slow, resulting in Shia getting a good, strong punch right in Galandar's face, causing him to stagger backwards; his nose had broken.
However, this didn't stop him, far from it! He quickly recovered from the shock, wiped the blood away and repaid Shia with a kick, sending him flying towards the wall of the chamber.
CRASH!! Shia ended up under a pile of rubble...*
Chazon: Shia?!
Shia : *muffled* Mmph, I'm ok... Don't worry!
*Shia managed to shift the rocks aside, and ran to join the group again. He had gotten a small cut across his head, and was a little shaken, but was otherwise fine.
Then, without warning, the ground lit up under us in a circle. The circle was full of weird runes- not Galdrar, even... Several more glowing circles appeared around us, and started closing in...
I suddenly realised what they were; it was Ashera's Judgement! But it was too late to even warn the others, let alone escape the attack!
The spell hit all of us with tremendous force, scattering us in all directions*
Malchior: *picking himself up off the ground* Ugh, this isn't going well...
Arisu: Don't give up. We can't give up.
*Clash and Ultima ran to fight with Galandar, both sides getting a beating.
Clash ran in circles around Galandar, stirring the dust that had settled from when we were all thrown around the chamber, causing him and Galandar to be engulfed in the dust swirl, while multiple Chaos Spears rained down upon Galandar, sent by Ultima, damaging him greatly. Clash and Ultima jumped out of the way, avoiding another Judgement, but hitting Galandar instead!*
Galandar: Hey, Ashera! Watch out will ya'!
Ashera: . . .
*taking advantage of Ashera being distracted, Nirmal, Malchior and Chazon took the opportunity to attack. All three charged headlong towards her, striking with their various weapons. Each hit right on the mark... but were reflected, and damaged the trio instead!
While the threesome and I were talking, the rest, battled with Galandar. However, Aspharr was nowhere to be seen...*
Malchior: What the hell?! Th-they were solid hits! Wha--?!
Arisu: Aurora.
Chazon: What?
Arisu: Aurora. Ashera's special skill. It reflects attacks, while damaging the attacker at the same time.
Nirmal: You've gotta be kidding me!!
Arisu: Don't worry, though keep attacking it and it'll eventually break.
Malchior: But what about the recoil?
Arisu: Don't attack directly.
Malchior: Hah! Good!
*Nirmal, Chazon and Malchior all resumed attacking long-range, while a large flash drew my attention to Galandar and the other three; they had all been blasted backwards by a sort of energy attack or spell... I ran towards the three, to see if they were all right*
Arisu: Are you-?
Clash: We're fine.
Arisu: Good. Now-Wait... Where's Aspharr?!
Shia: Good question...!
*Galandar, who had yet again recovered from the amount of attacks, was standing with his arms spread wide, was reciting a spell and was surrounded by thin ropes of green energy. They swirled around him for a short while, before Ultima noticed that he was going to attack!*
Ultima: Look out...!
Galandar: I am already bored of this useless fight... so why not finish it now. Or I'll let you join me. Just don't run. That's a cheap way out...
Arisu: We won't run away... nor will we EVER join you.
Galandar: Enough of your stupid voice.
Die.
*Galandar formed the ropes into a bird-shape and pointed one finger at the four of us standing across from him. He drew a symbol in the air, which we couldn't see, and the shape burst into flames and flew straight at us!
I braced myself for impact, but nothing happened.
I lowered my arms, as I had thrown them up in order for some defense, and opened my eyes. A solid, but see-through wall of black-ish, red-ish purple energy had been thrown up in front of us, and someone was standing in front of it. Aspharr! The bird flew straight into the Void Energy wall, and was vaporized instantly!*
Arisu: Aspharr!
Aspharr: I'm sorry for not being here earlier...
Arisu: Where'd you go?
Aspharr: Well--
Galandar: *acting like a little kid, stamping his foot and all that* Argh!! It's not fair! Why can't you just be good and DIE?!
Clash: Maybe if your attacks were any good against all of us, you'd stand a chance. A very small one, yes, but still...
*CRASH!!*
Ultima: What the hell was that?!
*Malchior, Nirmal and Chazon had at last broken the Aurora that surrounded Ashera.
Galandar looked up in alarm, and ran as fast as he could to stand in front of her.
He sent a wave of his green energy again, and the three were thrown back!
They were fairly unharmed, though. The group formed up with the duo, ready to attack. However, I stayed to the side, out of Galandar's sight*
Chazon: Why did he just sweep us away from Ashera?
Malchior: She's vulnerable now. She may be a Goddess of Order, but she's not that tough, in reality.
Chazon: All right! Let's get 'em!
(Another tab, if you would. I think this is one of the best tracks in the game)
*as if responding to Chazon's "command", I jumped from the side and landed a kick on Galandar, sending him a little way to the side, opening a gap for the others to attack.
While they were, I was trying my hardest to keep Galandar away from Ashera.
It was a "I attack, he dodges, he attacks, I dodge, both attack and lock swords" situation, which was fine with me, as he wasn't concentrating on anything else.
While that was going on, the others concentrated on taking Ashera down.
Shia, Chazon and Ultima attacked by raining down Chaos Spears, and the occasional Chaos Blast when they were close enough, which inflicted a lot of damage to Ashera... but soon enough, she started to be able to guess the pattern of the attacks and teleported out of the way each time, giving her the chance to attack with Judgement, which hit right on the mark, so the three were forced back from the attack and had to keep their distance while attacking, also having to attack at irregular patterns, so to help Clash and Nirmal, who had taken up the post of attacking this time. Clash ran around Ashera, like he had done with Galandar, stirring the dust once again, so that Nirmal could throw the rocks that he had picked up with his physic powers, so that she couldn't see them. They crashed into her, damaging her quite a lot! From all this bashing, Ashera was forced to the ground*
Ashera: It is tragic that you are too limited to see how hopeless this is. You cannot hope to defeat the Divine...
Malchior: You're right. We can't hope to defeat you.
Ashera: Then why continue?
Malchior: You haven't left us much choice. I'd rather die like this than become some mindless ice statue.
Ashera: ...Simpleminded fool...
*summoning the remaining strength she had, Ashera prepared for a last Judgement, however, was cut short as someone had copied her style... the swirling black, red and purple rings were already closing in on her and before she had time to do anything, the whole area lit up and she was hit with the last blow needed...*
Ashera: ...
*Ashera fell to the ground and was silent. Just at that time, Galandar flew across the group and crashed into the chamber wall from an attack from me*
Galandar: ...Nnuugh...
(I'm not gonna bother saying anything here)
Arisu: *sheathing sword and dropping down* And now... it's over... It is all over...
*a medium sized figure runs in from the entrance, and comes to stand a little way apart from me*
Arisu: Um... Who are you...?
?: I believe that one of you called me.
Arisu: Uh, when? Oh...
*to myself*That must be where he went... how'd Aspharr know about this guy?
?: *sighs* Does the name "T" mean anything to you?
Arisu: What? The same "T" as in the-?
T: Yeah.
Malchior: But you're a Laguz.
T: So?
Malchior: How come you-?
*Malchior was stopped mid-sentence, however, as the ground of the chamber began to shake, and both Galandar and Ashera were surrounded by a soft purple light, which eventually ascended into a blinding blue-ish light! When the light faded, Galandar and Ashera rose and stood, Galandar with a look of "You are so dead now" on his face*
T: What the...?! This is insane! You defeated them!
Ashera: ...You defeated nothing... This is nothing at all out of the ordinary... Regular mortals such as yourselves cannot defeat Divinity. It is not possible.
Arisu: We'll try again, then!
Ashera: You can try as many times as you like.
The result will always be the same.
There is no way for you to win.
*I ran to attack Ashera, but was repelled backwards with alarming force*
Ashera: *sighs* When will you tiresome gnats surrender?
Chazon: How 'bout never?!

*T transformed into his Tiger form with a roar and a flash of light, and leapt at Galandar; he was to distract him while we took down Ashera for good. I had a plan, I wasn't sure it would work, but if I looked at Ashera's words carefully "Regular mortals..." she wasn't aware of one thing...*
Arisu: Aspharr!
Aspharr: What?
Arisu: Remember what Ashera said. "Regular mortals"
Aspharr: Your point b--? Oh!
Arisu: And Ashera's the Goddess of Law and Order, right?
Aspharr: I can see where you're going with this.
*the fight continued for a while, until a yowl was heard as T was thrown to the side; he curled up and reverted to his human form. Galandar was covered in scratches and cuts, most of which bleeding badly, he brushed himself off and stood over T*
Galandar: Well, well... How the mighty hath fallen.
Nirmal: No! Is he?
Ultima: *looks grave* He's still alive, only just.
Shia: He's gonna kill him!
Arisu: He's not. Not if I've got anything to say about it!
*drawing my sword and taking aim, I threw it with all the force I had straight at Galandar. He quickly turned around and swung his sword in a counter, there was great "SHIING!!" and my sword as cut clean in two...! The two pieces hit the ground with a thud which rang throughout the whole chamber*
Arisu: Aack!!
Shia: No way...
Ultima: ....?!
Nirmal: Woah...!
Clash: ....Oh shi--...!
Chazon: W-what the...
Aspharr: .....!!
Malchior: ....How the...?
Ashera: *sighs* ...Foolish fools...
*it all happened so quickly. I stood there in silent shock. I felt sick*
Arisu: ....This shouldn't stop us...
Aspharr, now!
*Aspharr faced Ashera and prepared to attack*
Ashera: You dare to face me one-on-one? I need no more evidence of mortal's imperfections...
Aspharr: *chuckles and shakes head* You really are stupid for a Goddess, aren't you?
Ashera: ...?
*everyone was still and silent, including Galandar as the rings of Ashera's Judgement once more surrounded Aspharr, he wasn't the slightest bit worried, as he was ready to attack. They closed in on him...*
Aspharr: LAW... OVERRIDE!!
*Aspharr used Law Override to temporarily stop time, so that he could easily get away from Ashera's Judgement, then, releasing the time stop, summoned his sword, (a magnificent sword it was) he then discharged some Void Energy through it causing it to radiate the energy. He flipped it horizontally, and lunged at Ashera... the sword stabbed through her. Both stayed still for a few seconds, Ashera's face even paler than usual, fixed in a shocked expression... After what seemed like forever, Aspharr pulled his sword away, leaving Ashera to be reduced to just dust, which swirled around until forming a sphere, that just disappeared*
Arisu: No... way...
*the crystal of ice that had been floating above Ashera this whole time had shattered when she was reduced to dust; marking the release of all the people from their icy prisons*
*everyone was silent, even Galandar, and all eyes were on Aspharr*
Aspharr: What?
(Ok, I am officially outta stuff to say, for now)
Galandar: W-wha... WHAT THE...? T-that didn't happen! Impossible!
Shia: It could've... and did.
Face it, we've won. No more Goddess for you to cower behind.
*a growl from the side told me that T was awake again, and had resumed his Tiger form. Galandar jumped from the sound and backed away, into the spot where Ashera had just been standing*
Galandar: C'mon guys... Y-you know I was just--!
Malchior: Shut up. You're a poor excuse for an evil-doer, not worthy of your position.
*I had stayed silent for most of this time. Only now had the reality of the incident actually sunk in*
Arisu: *Galdrar* You... broke my sword... You're gonna pay...
Galandar: What the hell is she saying?
Malchior: Haha! You can't speak Galdrar?!
Galandar: ....
Malchior: *snicker* She said "You broke my sword. You're gonna pay"
Galandar: Oh.
Arisu: Malchior!
Malchior: What?
Arisu: *Galdrar* How 'bout that spell?
Malchior: *Galdrar* Good idea.
Chazon: Am I the only one who doesn't know what's going on?
Shia: Nope. I don't now Galdrar, or whatever they called it, so you're not alone.
*Malchior and I stood side by side; we were to perform the final attack. The one we both knew would work; Galandar was too weak in both mind and body to defend himself*
Arisu and Malchior: *gesturing in different ways, but in perfect unison* Hesberek Et Moriné Gost Wenthen Verbis Nex, Ind Obrium Bis Pendrulé PARAN SIE CORTIS REX!
Galandar: Oh shit.
*many pillars of different coloured light surrounded Galandar, a white pillar then fell directly on top of him, orbs of energy with the same colours as the Chaos Emeralds formed around the pillars which closed in on Galandar. Each of the Chaos Emerald energy orbs exploded inside the pillars, then the smaller ones also closed in and disappeared, but not before letting loose a final blast!
When the light finally faded, Galandar was no where to be found...*
For the final time. (Maybe...) NEW TAB!
Nirmal: Is it over? I think I was just blinded... That was a lot of light...
Arisu: Yes. Now... Now it is truly over...
Clash: Alright! Go us!
Ultima: I gotta admit, we're pretty damn good...
Chazon: Haha! So long, Galandar, good luck in hell...!
Shia: *hi-fives with Chazon* We DO make a pretty damn good team...!
Aspharr: What a journey, though, if you look back...
*flashback: The whole journey, everything. We HAD come far. I have awesome friends who I can always depend on when I need help... That is the reason why we were able to continue, and eventually come out on top*
T: *reverts to human form* Well. I see my work here's done. By your leave...
*he runs off, out of the entrance*
Arisu: T, wait!
Malchior: Let him go...
*after a little while, we decided that it was finally time to leave, however I stayed in the chamber for a while after everyone set out back. I picked up the remains of my sword, it had finally been beaten. We had got our revenge. However one thing still troubled me...*
Arisu: ....
Malchior: *Standing at the entrance* Are you thinking what I am?
Arisu: That would depend. What are you thinking about?
Malchior: That we haven't seen the last of him...
Arisu: Then yeah...
Malchior: Don't worry. If he does, then we know who to count on...
Arisu: ...Yeah.
*taking a last look at the glowing circle of runes, that were slowly fading away, which marked the place Ashera stood; I turned and left the chamber in unusually high spirits. Even though I knew that this peace was only temporary*

(Yay! Penultimate chapter!)
*If we used the Chaos Emeralds to break out, we would lose them again, but if we did nothing, we'd be stuck*
Arisu: *Pacing* .....No.... Hmm.... That won't work....
Shia: ...Well, this is working.... *Throwing Chaos Spears at the main door, denting the ice each time*
Ultima: Oh yeah, that'll only take a couple of weeks or so....
Chaos: Well, it won't if you helped!! *Starts throwing Chaos Spears also*
*Eventually we managed to break free and exit the city without any further disruptions*
Clash: Next stop, the castle.
*We made our way quickly up a slope on the mountain, towards the castle*
Arisu: Finally! I can't wait to kick Galandar from here to base and back again...
*Malchior ran to the gate and examined the writing on it... It was in the language of the Laguz, he could read it*
Malchior: ......I was right. The Emeralds ARE used to open the door, but it's sort of complicated...
*After some explaining, everyone, except Malchior, held an Emerald, and stood in a semi-circle around the door*
Aspharr: Let's hope this works, because we don't have much time left...
Malchior: Gath du Chaos Emeralds un ma'mor huildr leraka magae!!
*A beam of each Emerald's energy hit the door, it shone each colour in turn and opened*
Malchior: *Leaving his sword at the door* I think I'll use magic... I don't know why... I just sense it...
Nirmal: I've got a bad feeling about this....
*As soon as we walked in, I saw what Nirmal meant... although the castle was only the size of Crimea High on the outside, it was three times bigger on the inside!*
Chaos: This makes no sense at all....
Shia: If the castle's interior design is like this, then I expect there'll be more tricks and such along the way... Just to confuse us.
Malchior: Hmm... I thought Ashera's army would've arrived by now...
*Just after Malchior had said those words, The Army of Order appeared in a flash of light*
Malchior: Me and my big mouth.
*The Army of Order was beaten in no time, I expected nothing less, as our team was the best fighting force I'd seen in a long time*
Aspharr: Well, that was easy; I expected more from Ashera... Oh well.
*The castle had many winding paths, most of them branching into more paths, dungeons, and locked doors*
Ultima: Well... We'll never find Galandar at the rate we're going....
Arisu: *Trying the handle of yet another door* Don't be so negative... *The door swung open* ....Finally! What have we got in here...?
*The room was covered in mirrors, wall to wall*
Malchior: Um.... Cool?
*I noticed that none of our reflections were in the mirrors, and I knew that we were not vampires...*
Arisu: *I saw something in one of the mirrors* Uh... guys...? There's something wrong with these mirr-
*One of the mirrors broke, out reflections stepped out, and faced us*
Nirmal: ....That's... us?!
Nirmal's Reflection: Naah.... Of course we're you...!!
Arisu: I wonder how...
Clash's Reflection: ....How Galandar did this!?
Shia's Reflection: Ahah! That's for us to know, and you to find out.
Chaos' Reflection: ...That is, if you don't die...
*The reflections started to prepare for battle*
Aspharr: This is going to be so weird... fighting...ourselves.
*Everyone, naturally, picked themselves to fight. However, I noticed that, after a while, they could not beat themselves...*
Ultima: This is never going to work; we're the same strength as ourselves... if that made sense... I say we switch! Battle someone else's reflection!
*Malchior and I were fighting back-to-back, quickly switched enemies, same for the others... Some found it harder than others to defeat their opponents... but in the end, we managed to prevail over the reflections*
--Sometime later--
Arisu: Well, that worked nicely... heheh... *Ahem*
*Each of the mirrors broke, and a pathway was revealed*
Malchior: Hopefully we'll get to Galandar without any more interruptions...
Ultima: Knowing him... impossible.
*We decided to take the new path. It was a long, and low walk, I was just starting to wonder where we were exactly, when we came to the end*
Aspharr: Oh, brilliant... now what?!
*This particular room was almost bare... Apart from a short, stone pillar standing close to a wall, and a flight of stairs*
Aspharr: Uh.... and what are we supposed to do with this??
*Even on close inspection, I couldn't see it as anything else... it was a genuine pillar...*
*Chaos went upstairs, and a few seconds later, came back down, looking confused*
Chaos: It's exactly the same upstairs...
Clash: I swear I've seen something similar to this somewhere...
*Clash walked upstairs, and pushed the pillar to the side, the one near us also moved, revealing a lock*
Shia: Result! Great, we can get outta here... It's a little creepy here...
???: WAIT! Don't go anywhere!
Arisu: Who the...?!
???: That's fake!
Nirmal: What's fake?!
???: That Arisu with you!
*??? stepped into the light, and she looked exactly like me... It was my reflection! Or was it the real me!?*
Arisu: What!? She's the fake! I've been with you all along!
Arisu(2):LIAR!
*We both draw our swords*
Chaos: How are we going to know who the real one is?
*While the others were trying to work out how to test us. Me and my other battled*
Malchior: I've got it...!
*We both stopped fighting, and looked at him*
Malchior: The true Arisu is one of the Branded... Hawk to be exact.
Arisu+Arisu(2): . . .
*We both took our left glove off, and the one who had caught up with the group had the mark of the Branded*
Arisu(2): Well... That settles it, then...
*With one swift movement, I cut through the impostor, and she shattered like glass*
Nirmal: Malchior... How did you know that...?
Malchior: ...Let's just go, we're wasting time....
*Using the small dagger strapped to his ankle, Malchior unlocked the door we saw earlier and opened it*
Aspharr: Now, I know weird, but this..... This is ridiculous....
*The door we had opened let to nothingness... it was an empty space. If we fell, we would fall for hours before reaching the bottom...*
Ultima: Great.... Now what? I can see the other door, but it's too far to jump...
*On the door, there was more writing*
Malchior: "Trust the path"
Arisu: Me, trust Galandar? Pfff....
Malchior: ... Oh, move over, then.... *Stepping one foot out, meaning to find a foothold on the air* . . .
*Gritting his teeth, Malchior stepped onto the air, he looked as if he was floating!*
Malchior: And there you go. Come on.
*As we all managed to all step onto the invisible path and get across, I felt as if someone else was following us again. I knew that it was Ultima last time, but he was walking in front of me...*
?: *gasp*
Arisu: *Turning around quickly* Huh?!
Clash: What?!
Arisu: *Looking hard to find who made that noise, but found no one* ......Nothing....
*After a long time, we managed to get to the other door. We opened it and walked through*
Chaos: *Who went though the door first* Is this it? The final path before Galandar and Ashera?
Malchior: We should treat our enemies with caution, and not get overconfident. They both will have many tricks up their sleeves...
*This door was even larger than the front gate. There was no way to open it... unless...*
Yay, Audio Portal music. Not on loop.
Nirmal: The Emeralds. We can use them again!
Shia: Of course!
*Malchior repeated the spell again, and this time the doors were blown open!*
Ultima: About time!
*As we walked into the chamber that resembled the room that we first encountered Ashera, we found Galandar standing with his back to us while running his finger across his sword, and without turning to look at us, said...*
Galandar: You've all made it in one piece. It took you long enough... I was starting to think that you'd been killed.
Arisu: Haha, well I guess you've underestimated us yet again, Galandar, because it'll take more than that to stop us!
Galandar: ...Which is exactly why I want to kill you now, more than ever before. You all cannot live; you are all too nosey; you interfere with things that do not concern you. If evil is ever going to prevail, then I must dispose of the first ones to try to resist it. You all have come far, but "your adventuring days are coming to an end..."
*This was it, the final battle. The fate of Tellius, and possibly other lands rested in our hands. If we won, Galandar would never again attempt to spread darkness across the land... But if we lost... It would be a whole different story*

*We followed the map towards the frozen city, but stopped at the foot of a mountain*
Malchior: We're going from one extreme to another... I'm gonna catch a cold.
Aspharr: Don't be such a wimp. Galandar's castle is on top of this mountain anyway...
*We looked up and saw Galandar's castle... it was slightly unnerving for some reason*
Nirmal: Brr... it's cold, can we find this place quickly?
Clash: Yeah... Hold on.... Ultima, are you ok?
Ultima: Yes, I-I'm not c-cold, I laugh in the face of cold.... nope, not cold.
Clash: .....Ok....
Arisu: Can we take a break? My feet hurt, and, I hate to admit, but I'm cold too....
Chaos: Well, if we can find a cave or something, then yeah, I'm alright with that...
*I looked across the mountain, but I couldn't see any caves... only a small crack*
Shia: Hmm.... *Putting his ear to the mountain, and knocking on it* ....It's hollow.
*Stepping back and throwing a Chaos spear at the mountain, revealed an entrance*
Chaos: Remember, we can't rest for long... those emeralds won't find themselves...
*We walked into the cave, and immediately a shower of icicles fell down, but they were easily dodged*
Ultima: *A load of bats swooped at him* Pathetic little creatures. *kicking them away*
*I suddenly didn't feel tired at all; I was in an uncharted cave! I wanted to explore*
Arisu: Sorry, I know it was my idea to stop, but I'm gonna explore... see you later.
*I lit a stick and walked to the back of the cave.... it seemed to go on forever... I was just wondering how long it really was, when I stopped at an ice wall, it could be broken, but where would it lead?*
Arisu: Hmm.....
*I was just considering whether I should break the ice, when a great flash of icy light caught my attention. I ran back to the entrance of the cave to find everyone outside*
Arisu: What....? *I suddenly realised* Damn!
Ultima: What the hell was that?
Arisu: Hey, this is urgent... I need to get back to Crimea High... quickly.
Shia: For why?
Arisu: Please!!
Shia, Chaos and Ultima: Chaos Control!!
NOW--I'm not even going to bother saying it again.
*I arrived back at Crimea high.... and my fear was confirmed...*
Arisu: Damn it... It can't be... we killed her...
*I had to kick the door down, as it refused to open, and found my classmates frozen... solid ice*
Arisu: ...The Goddess Ashera couldn't have come back... me and Ike killed her....
*Galandar appeared in front of me*
Galandar: Indeed she has returned. I have brought her back in the hope that she would freeze you and your friends.... but it didn't work.... Oh well, at least some people froze...
Arisu: ...Ramila... My best friend...
Galandar: Oh, get over it.
Arisu: Shut up and bring my friends back!!
*The feeling of hate was rising inside, and in a flash of light, I was behind him!*
Galandar: Huh?! You... what?!
*Galandar swung his sword, and I was knocked to the floor. He walked up to me, and held me down with his foot*
Galandar: Not so tough now, are ya?
*But just then, in a large flash of red light, and Galandar was blown away... When the dust settled, I saw that he had gone*
???: Are you ok?
Arisu: Who...?
*I looked around, to see who it was... it was Aspharr*
Arisu: Phew, I thought you were someone else then....
Aspharr: The others were exploring the cave... You were gone too long, so I decided to check up on you.... in case you were in trouble.
Arisu: Thanks...
*Sometime later, with the help of some teleportation, we arrived back at the entrance of the cave... We ran and caught up with the others*
Chaos: What happened? Why were you gone so long?
Arisu: It's Ashera; she's come back, and turned all but us, Galandar, and a few others to solid ice!
Shia: How on Mobius did that happen?
Aspharr: I heard Galandar talking about bringing her back... but he didn't go into much detail...
*In complete anger about what Ashera had done to my friends, I kicked the wall really hard... and we heard the shattering of ice*
Nirmal: Watch it!
Clash: You have to control your temper; it'll get you in trouble...
Arisu: Sorry... Well, at least it did something... it's opened that ice wall I saw earlier.
Ultima: Hmph... I would've opened it, but you had to come in and interfere...
*Stepping over the small pile of cracked ice, we walked into the city; there were many tall buildings made of ice*
Shia: Where is everyone...? Do people even live here?
Malchior: They do...
*I walked into the nearest building, and found the inhabitants, as I had expected, frozen... but one or two had shattered....*
Arisu: Ew... *Walking out*
*Now, properly looking at the city, I saw that most of the buildings looked the same... it was hard to find my way back to the others....*
Ultima: ....Strange......
*We continued walking, and walked up a flight of steps... at the top was a model of the city...*
Nirmal: What is that?!
Arisu: *I leaned on one of the models* I have no id-whoops!! *It sank into the ground, and a gap in the floor opened*
Aspharr: I'm getting sick and tired of these puzzles, they're not hard, and they only annoy me...
*I jumped down into a tunnel... it was, if possible, colder than the city*
*The others jumped down after me, and instantly, the gap closed, and we were plunged into total darkness*
Chaos: I can't see anything!! OW! That was my foot!!
Arisu: *I took out my sword, and it glowed* Anyone who has anything that can glow, light it now... I'm sure there'll be lights or something around here....
*We searched around for a sort of switch, for a long time really, following the glow of my sword, I stepped on a loose panel*
Arisu: Found it... *Little lamps above us flickered into life...* Oh God. *...Revealing a series of spikes and bottomless pits dotted along the tunnel*
Shia: Oh, PERFECT....
*Shia had seemed to have forgotten that the tunnel was, if you're a super-sonic-speedy-hedgehog, short... and ran forward*
Arisu: Shia! Stop! You're going to-nooo!!
*I was standing at the edge of one of the bottomless pits, when Shia accidentally knocked into me, and I fell*
Clash: *Facepalm*
Arisu: *With the same flash of light, I appeared back at the top* Um... well at least we know they ARE bottomless....
Aspharr: *Turns around* Can you hear that...?
Malchior: ...Hear wha-- *Jaw drops*
*From behind us, the panel must have triggered it, a giant boulder was coming straight at us!*
Malchior: *Drawing his sword* Aldona tor-Uh... what the hell...?
*As the boulder came closer, we saw it was only the size of an apple...*
Ultima: ....How disappointing... Is that the best they can--
*The small one only seemed to be a key, because it clicked into place, and from the same direction, a real-big boulder was coming! There was no way around it!*
Aspharr: Stand back, this'll be easy to stop *Raising his hand*
Arisu: If you blast that, the whole tunnel may cave in!! Just run!!
*We jumped over bottomless pits and spikes, trying to out-run the boulder*
Clash: Nirmal, door!!!
Nirmal: On it!!
*The door glowed green, and opened, giving us an exit. Just after we were all through, the wall crashed under the force of the boulder hitting it*
Ultima: That tunnel wouldn't have caved in... You should've let him blast it...
Aspharr: Oh shut up, it doesn't matter.
Ultima: Don't tell me to shut up...
*I turned around, and nearly fell; in front of me was a steep, icy, slope, with a thin trickle of water pouring on it...*
Chaos: This MUST lead somewhere... Let's surf down!
Malchior: Surf...?
*Chaos threw a chaos spear at the source of the water, and the flow increased*
Nirmal: ....It sounds fun... and I need some disorder, "Ashera's world" is way to quiet...
*We surfed down the slope on ice slats, until the current was too strong, and we slid out of the tunnel, and landed as a heap at the bottom*
Malchior: Ugh, get off, ow! Seriously.
*Eventually getting untangled, we saw where we were...*
Ultima: What the.... what the.... WHAT THE HELL?!?!!?
*Where we had landed, turned out to be EXACTLY where we had started!*
Arisu: You're joking...... You're not.
*However, the building seemed to be moving... MOVING?! Spreading icy mist towards us*
Aspharr: Looks like we did go the right way after all...
*When the mist had cleared, we saw that the buildings had changed position, revealing a single, large building*
Shia: The Emeralds are in there! I know it!
*Shia ran off at great speed, into the building*
Clash: That kid has too much energy....
Aspharr: Come on, we're not going to get anywhere just standing here...
Nirmal: Brr... I'm starting to miss the desert...
*We walked into the building, and found a room filled with treasure*
Malchior: You're kidding, wow....
*Shia was already looking at one of the walls, where a skeleton was holding the two Emeralds... It was frozen in*
Chaos: Great.... If I get them out with fire, I might melt the whole city, and drown us all!
Arisu: Only one way...
*I started to scratch at the ice with my sword, this took a while... Some time later, I had managed to free them both*
Ultima: Hmph, about time.
Arisu: Soooorry... I can't help it if it took long...
*Finally! We had all Seven Chaos Emeralds! It was time to--*
Clash: Wait, hold on... The main door has shut... we're trapped!!
Arisu: Oh c-r-a-p.
*We had got the last two emeralds, but now we were trapped. Perfect...*
